Huatai Securities: Liu Changchun resigns as non-executive director.

Huatai Securities announced on June 20th that the board of directors received a written resignation letter from non-executive director Liu Changchun. Due to a job transfer, Liu Changchun requested to resign from the position of non-executive director of the sixth board of directors and member of the board development strategy committee. On the same day, the company held its 2024 annual shareholders' meeting and approved the motion to elect Jin Yongfu as the non-executive director of the sixth board of directors and Wang Ying as the executive director of the sixth board of directors.
