In the first five months, the China Development Bank issued 575.1 billion yuan in loans related to urban renewal.

According to the China Development Bank, from January to May this year, the bank issued a total of 575.1 billion yuan in loans for urban renewal projects, focusing on supporting the renovation and transformation of old urban neighborhoods, old streets, old factory areas, urban villages, as well as urban infrastructure construction and historical and cultural heritage preservation in cities.
