Shen Kai Holdings: Intends to acquire 51% equity of Blue Ocean Wisdom and Trust.

Shenkai Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to use part of the funds raised to acquire 51% equity of Beijing Blue Ocean Zhi Xin Energy Technology Co., Ltd. held by Liu Guande, Ma Guangchun, and Gao Zhujun, with a transaction price of 60 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Blue Ocean Zhi Xin will become a subsidiary of Shenkai Co., Ltd. and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Blue Ocean Zhi Xin is an innovative company in the oil and gas industry's intelligent drilling technology, dedicated to empowering oil companies and drilling companies through data-driven integrated solutions, achieving drilling efficiency improvement, operation risk control, and maximization of single well production capacity. Its main business includes wellsite data acquisition and transmission systems, horizontal well geological orientation modeling software, drilling optimization software systems, geological engineering integrated cloud platforms, and custom research and development of software such as real-time AI algorithms during drilling.
