CITIC Bank: Nominates Wei Qiang as a candidate for non-executive director.

China CITIC Bank announced on the evening of June 20th that the board of directors agreed to nominate Wei Qiang as a candidate for non-executive director of the seventh board of directors of the bank, and agreed to submit a proposal to the shareholders' meeting for the election of Wei Qiang as a non-executive director of the bank. Wei Qiang will officially take office as a director of the bank from the date of election by the shareholders' meeting and approval of his qualifications by the regulatory authorities, and will serve until the end of the term of the seventh board of directors. During his tenure as non-executive director of the bank, Wei Qiang will not receive any director's allowances according to the remuneration policy approved at the banks 2023 annual shareholders' meeting for the seventh board of directors.
