Wang On Group (01222) plans to sell Hong Kong properties for approximately 23.28 million Hong Kong dollars.

Intelligence Finance APP News, WANG ON GROUP (01222) announced that on June 20, 2025, the seller (City Concord Limited, a listed subsidiary holding 75.00% of the company's equity, an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong An Real Estate) and the buyer SSP Lau Group Limited entered into a temporary agreement, under which the seller agreed to sell, and the buyer agreed to purchase the property for HK$23.28 million.
