The first IEEE Global Blockchain Conference opened in Shanghai. The IEEE Blockchain China Office is officially established.

The first IEEE Global Blockchain Conference with the theme of "Connecting the World, Linking the Future with Trustworthy Digitalization" officially kicked off in Jing'an District, Shanghai. During the opening ceremony, the IEEE Blockchain China office was officially established and located in Jing'an, aiming to strengthen the development and application of blockchain technology and enhance international exchanges and cooperation. The IEEE Blockchain Conference Achievement Transformation Service Center was also established simultaneously. This center will build an open communication platform to promote technological demonstrations, pilot projects, and commercialization for participating companies, implement blockchain achievement transformation and application demonstrations, lead industry technological progress, and promote the integration of blockchain with the real economy.
