PPIO submits listing application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange

According to the disclosure by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, PPIO has submitted an application for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China International and Shenwan Hongyuan Hong Kong as joint sponsors. The prospectus shows that PPIO is a Chinese independent distributed cloud computing service provider, operating the largest computing power network in China based on the number of computing nodes. As of December 31, 2024, PPIO's computing power network covers over 1,200 counties and cities worldwide, including more than 4,000 computing nodes.
