General Notice: Hongdou Group has completed the transfer of its 24.50% stake in the company to Su Hao Holdings, and the transfer registration procedures have been completed. The pledge, judicial freeze, and judicial marking of shares by Hongdou Group will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation or corporate governance. Hongdou Group has pledged a total of 672 million shares, accounting for 42.26% of the company's total share capital. Hongdou Group and its concerted parties' judicially marked and frozen shares total 36.98 million shares and 12.25 million shares respectively, amounting to 16.04% of their holdings and 3.10% of the company's total share capital.
