Bank of China: Plans to increase capital by 300 million euros in BOC Europe.

The Bank of China announced that it plans to use its own funds to increase capital to the Bank of China (Europe) Limited, with the capital increase amount not exceeding the equivalent of 300 million euros. After this capital increase, Bank of China (Europe) Limited will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the bank.
