Yingliu Corporation: Intends to acquire 28.46% equity of its holding subsidiary Yingliu Aviation for 484 million yuan.

Yingliu Group announced on the evening of June 20 that the company plans to publicly bid to acquire 28.46% equity of Yingliu Aviation held by Lu'an Investment and Jin'an Investment at a minimum price of 484 million yuan. After the acquisition is completed, the company will directly hold 90% equity of Yingliu Aviation through its wholly-owned subsidiary Yingliu Foundry, and Lu'an Investment will hold 10% equity of Yingliu Aviation. The funds for the transaction will come from bank mergers and acquisitions loans and self-raised funds.
