Zhitong Financial APP News, China Galaxy (06881.HK) announced that, according to the authorization of the above-mentioned shareholders and approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company has completed the public offering of the 2024 corporate bonds (first phase) (Class One) (additional issuance) on June 20, 2025. The issuance size of this phase of corporate bonds (additional issuance) is 2 billion yuan, the issue price is 102.349 yuan, and the coupon rate is 2.15%. The term of this phase of corporate bonds (additional issuance) is three years, starting from October 17, 2024. The funds raised from the issuance of this phase of corporate bonds (additional issuance) will be used to repay the principal of the company's maturing corporate bonds and supplement working capital.
