Wuliangye Jiang Jia: The rate of scanning code for opening bottles of wine for banquets has increased to over 54%

On June 20th, the 2024 shareholders' meeting of Wuliangye was held in Yibin, Sichuan. Jiang Jia, the deputy general manager of Wuliangye Co. Ltd., stated that since the beginning of the year, the company has dynamically adjusted its banquet event policies by setting up more banquet sizes to meet the needs of different banquet sizes, especially focusing on small banquets; continuously enhancing terminal competitiveness by providing incentives for recommending banquets at terminals where there is fierce competition from competitors or in disadvantaged markets; developing diverse banquet-exclusive gifts to meet consumers' different expectations for gift types and values; establishing an efficient customer service response mechanism and evaluation system, actively collecting feedback and responding to consumer needs in a timely manner. By implementing the above measures, Wuliangye's banquet events have seen a 24% year-on-year increase in the number of banquets amid a weakened consumption scenario and lack of confidence. The rate of scanning codes for opening bottles of wine at banquets has increased from less than 40% to over 54%.
