According to the Ministry of Transportation, it is expected that there will be heavy rainfall in some areas of Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Hubei, etc. in the next two days, accompanied by thunderstorms, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. Today, the Ministry of Transportation has simultaneously initiated a Level 2 response to heavy rainfall. Based on the dynamic changes in the weather, special attention will be paid to geological disasters such as landslides, flash floods, and mudslides caused by heavy rainfall, and rigid control measures such as closures, speed restrictions, vehicle type restrictions, and traffic volume control will be taken when necessary. At the same time, personnel will be increased to strengthen inspections and timely release travel advisory information.
