Lupuskin: Holding subsidiary Fangzheng Testing applies for listing on the New Third Board and is accepted

Lopeskin announced that its holding subsidiary, Suzhou Fangzheng Engineering Technology Development and Testing Co., Ltd., recently received an "Acceptance Notice" issued by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. Fangzheng Testing's application materials submitted for listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system were found to meet relevant requirements and are now accepted. However, the application for listing on the New Third Board by Fangzheng Testing still needs to go through the examination process of relevant regulatory authorities, and there is a certain level of uncertainty regarding whether it can be completed.
