According to the Wisdom Finance APP, on June 20th, Cui Dongshu stated in a post that based on data analysis of the China Charging Alliance compiled by the Automobile Association, the total number of public charging piles in May 2025 reached 4.08 million, with an increase of 91,000 compared to the previous month and an increase of 18,000 compared to May last year, with a growth rate of 25%. Currently, there are 10.32 million private charging piles for vehicles, with an increase of 245,000 in May compared to the previous month, with a growth rate of 3%; the average monthly charging of a public charging pile in May was 1580 kWh, which is a better increase compared to 1358 kWh in May last year.
