Intelligence Finance App learned that Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) announced that it has received enough acquisition offers to acquire NTT Data Group Corp. This deal, worth 2.37 trillion yen (approximately 16.3 billion U.S. dollars), is expected to strengthen its artificial intelligence strategic layout and simplify the group company structure.
