India imposes anti-dumping duty on Chinese propyliodone.

On June 19, the Tax Department of the Indian Ministry of Finance issued a notice stating that it accepted the affirmative final ruling proposal made by the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry on March 21, 2025 regarding the anti-dumping investigation on any form of chlorfenapyr and its intermediate - 2,6-diethyl-n-phenylamine originating from or imported from China. It was decided to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved from China for a period of 5 years, with a tax rate ranging from $1246.9 to $2017.9 per ton. The measure will take effect from the date of this notice being published in the official gazette.
