India imposes anti-dumping duties on imported acrylonitrile from China.

On June 19, the Tax Department of the Indian Ministry of Finance issued a notice stating that it had accepted the affirmative final recommendations of the anti-dumping ruling made by the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry on March 21, 2025 regarding acrylonitrile originating from or imported from mainland China, Russia, and Taiwan. It was decided to impose a 5-year anti-dumping duty on the products involved, with rates of $202-481 per ton for mainland China, $292 per ton for Russia, and $233 per ton for Taiwan. This case involves products under Indian customs code 292690. The measures will take effect from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.
