According to the Enterprise Check app, recently, Hangzhou Kuaiji Mountain Huangjiu Culture Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Shuan as the legal representative. The business scope includes cultural venue management services, organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, and consulting on tourism development project planning. Equity penetration data from Enterprise Check shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Kuaiji Mountain.
