Legoland responds to model damage compensation issue

Just before this, issues regarding the check-in time at the LEGO park hotel, park transportation, and compensation for model damages have sparked discussions. Regarding the check-in time at the hotel, Chen Jie told reporters that as long as the rooms are cleaned, visitors can actually check in, and they do not necessarily have to wait until 4 pm. There are also play areas, shops, and other places to explore on the first floor outside of the rooms. During the trial period, some visitors informed reporters that they were able to check into the LEGO park hotel before 1 pm, without needing to wait until 4 pm, depending on the room cleaning situation. Regarding the compensation for damages to LEGO models, Chen Jie told reporters that if there were barriers around the model, it would affect the interactive experience, so the models are mostly without barriers. However, safety measures have been taken with anti-collision settings on the models for protection.
