Wisdom Financial News APP News, Asia Backup (08290.HK) announced that, effective from June 20, 2025: (i) Mr. Wong Yau Shing has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee and member of the nomination committee; (ii) Mr. Wong Cho Kei has resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the risk management committee; (iii) Mr. Poon Chung Sang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee; and (iv) Mr. Kwok Chi Wah has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the remuneration committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the risk management committee.
