Establishment of the Special Project for the Development of Artificial Intelligence Industry Technology in Fujian Province for the first time.

Recently, the Department of Science and Technology of Fujian Province issued a notice to organize the application for the special science and technology project for the development of the artificial intelligence industry in 2025, and initiated support for the research and development tasks of this special science and technology project. This is the first time that Fujian Province has established a special science and technology project for the development of the artificial intelligence industry. According to the application guidelines for this batch of projects, the focus is on supporting two main directions. The first is the research and development and demonstration application of key technologies for large-scale lightweight deployment in multi-modal application scenarios. Relying on universities, research institutes, and companies in the province to carry out research and development, 2 projects will be selected for optimal support, with each project receiving funding of 3 million yuan and an implementation period of 1 year and 6 months. The research and development content includes dynamic workflow management and automated orchestration technology for intelligent task precision applications, achieving efficient execution of model fine-tuning, data governance, and multi-modal human-machine collaboration, among 5 aspects. The second is the research and development and demonstration application of key technologies for network data security based on secure-enhanced artificial intelligence models. Relying on universities, research institutes, and companies in the province to carry out research and development, 1 project will be selected for optimal support, with funding of 2 million yuan and an implementation period of 1 year and 6 months. The research and development content includes vulnerability analysis technology for intelligent algorithm models, construction of a model security evaluation framework in multi-modal scenarios, and support for automated vulnerability early warning of intelligent algorithm models, among 6 aspects.
