On June 19th, the Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee of the City of London, Catherine McGuinness, visited Shenzhen. In his view, Shenzhen has developed into an "extraordinary city" in 45 years, with rapid growth in key sectors such as financial services, technology, and manufacturing. McGuinness' trip to China this time includes four cities: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, and this is also his first visit to Shenzhen.
