According to the application documents published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, AI solutions provider Yunjiasheng Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. is planning to issue 1.56 million shares in its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong at a price range of HK$165.0 to HK$205.0 per share. The company is seeking to raise up to HK$320 million (US$40.8 million) and is expected to start trading on June 30th with China International Capital Corporation and Haitong International as joint sponsors.
