Iran claims to have shot down two Israeli "Heron" drones.

On the evening of June 19th local time, it was reported by Iranian sources that earlier, an Israeli "Heron" drone was shot down in the skies over western Iran. In addition, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Lorestan province in Iran stated that they also shot down an Israeli "Heron" drone over the city of Khorramabad, the provincial capital, during the night. The "Heron" drone is developed by the Israeli Aerospace Industries and is one of the first drones used by the Israeli military in Gaza military operations following the outbreak of a new round of large-scale conflict between Israel and Palestine in 2023.
