Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Resources Medical (01515.HK) announced that starting from June 19, 2025: (1) Song Qing resigned as executive director, chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee and authorized representative; (2) Yu Hai was appointed as chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee and authorized representative; (3) Kuang Guoguang resigned as independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee and member of the nomination committee; (4) Law Wing-sze was appointed as independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee and member of the nomination committee; and (5) Fu Tingmei was appointed as chairman of the audit committee.
