LAKARA announcement: Sun Haoran, a shareholder of the company, has successfully released the pledge of 9.12 million shares of the company, accounting for 61.83% of the shares held by him and 1.16% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge release occurred in multiple transactions: 4.9 million shares were released on August 9, 2023, 210,000 shares on January 31, 2024, 140,000 shares on February 2, 2024, 630,000 shares on February 5, 2024, and 3.24 million shares on March 11, 2024. The pledge release does not involve any restricted or frozen shares.
