The United States made preliminary anti-subsidy rulings on temporary steel fences imported from China.

The US Department of Commerce announced that it has made a preliminary ruling on anti-subsidy duties for temporary steel fences imported from China. The preliminary ruling determined that Hebei Mingmite Technology Group Co., Ltd. has a subsidy rate of 33.27%, Shijiazhuang Sede Trading Co., Ltd. has a subsidy rate of 139.20%, Anping Xingpeng Hardware Products Co., Ltd., Shenzhou Yuelei Metal Products Co., Ltd., Sichuan Jinhe Industrial Development Co., Ltd., Sourcing Solution Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Mengsheng Metal Products Co., Ltd. did not participate in the proceedings and have a subsidy rate of 301.83%. The subsidy rate for other Chinese producers/exporters is 86.24%.
