Financial Channel APP News, Liang Zhitian Design Group (02262.HK) announced that starting from June 19, 2025, there have been the following changes to the Company's Nomination Committee (Nomination Committee): Ms. Wang Wanjun (Ms. Wang), an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; and Mr. Liu Xian (Mr. Liu), an independent non-executive director and also a member of the Nomination Committee, has ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee.
