Vietnamese electric car manufacturer VinFast announced on June 18th that it will establish its first authorized franchise dealership in California, USA, which is expected to officially open later this month. VinFast also stated that in addition to the San Diego location, the company is looking for and evaluating distribution opportunities throughout California.
