China Construction Notice: CCCC Eighth Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Construction, has invested in the real estate development project of the TOD plot in Nandalu Station, Baoshan District, Shanghai. The plot, won by China Construction Dongfu, has a total land area of approximately 98,700 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 321,500 square meters, including commercial residential, commercial, and office use. The land acquisition cost of the project is 8.195 billion yuan. This investment will help the company enhance its influence, leadership, and brand appeal in the Shanghai regional market.
