On June 19th, according to the website of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission, the industrial project of Block 110 in the Yizhuang New City YZ00-606 district was transacted for approximately 635 million yuan, with the winning bidder being Xiaomi Jingxi Technology Co., Ltd., which is 100% owned by Xiaomi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The listing document shows that the site is supplied in the form of "six connections and one leveling", with the land use nature being industrial land, the total land lease term being 50 years, and the land area being 485,100 square meters.
