According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Shanghai Dafu Yunqing Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 8 million yuan. Its business scope includes: development of artificial intelligence basic software; development of artificial intelligence application software; development of artificial intelligence theory and algorithm software; and integration services of artificial intelligence industry applications, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha, the company is fully owned by ST Jinggu.
