On the afternoon of June 19, the Shenzhen Municipal Government Information Office held a press conference to introduce the implementation of the "Opinions on Further Promoting Shenzhen's Comprehensive Reform Pilot, Deepening Reform, Innovation and Opening-up" issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council. This is the second in a series of press conferences on advancing comprehensive reform pilots. It was reported that Qianhai will focus on four aspects in implementing the "Opinions": advancing the integrated reform of the education, science and technology talent system; promoting the empowerment of the real economy with finance, technology, data, etc.; constructing a new open economic system at a higher level; and improving the governance model in a scientific, refined and legal manner.
