The board of directors approved the resolution on "Termination of the Implementation of the 2021 A-share Stock Option Incentive Plan and Cancellation of Stock Options", agreeing to terminate the implementation of the 2021 A-share stock option incentive plan and cancel the 3,147,284 unexercised stock options granted under the incentive plan. After the cancellation of the above-mentioned stock options, all unexercised stock options granted under the 2021 A-share stock option incentive plan have been completed.
