CITIC Securities: The registration application for issuing corporate bonds of up to 10 billion yuan to professional investors has been approved.

On the evening of June 19th, Sinolink Securities announced that the company's registration application to publicly issue perpetual subordinated corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 3.9 billion yuan to professional investors has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. On the same day, the company also announced that its registration application to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 10 billion yuan to professional investors has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
