Coolte Intelligence Announcement, the company, as a limited partner together with Qingdao Scitech Innovation Investment Co., Ltd., a general partner, jointly established Qingdao Coolte Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, with a monetary contribution of 200 million yuan to join Qingdao Chiheng Chengda Investment Partnership Enterprise, accounting for 95.24% of its total contribution amount. Recently, due to the complete exit of projects invested by Chiheng Chengda, the partnership enterprise has decided to exit Chiheng Chengda. As of the announcement disclosure date, Chiheng Chengda has completed the corresponding business registration changes. This withdrawal will not have a substantive impact on the company's operations.
