Norsged Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. issued a statement stating that during the listing application process, Zhong Dafang, under the organization and inducement of a professional criminal gang led by Chen, engaged in meticulous planning and tight organization to obstruct and delay the company's listing process using illegal means such as withholding company information, forging documents to repeatedly make false reports to regulatory authorities, writing "essays" to publish untrue statements on the internet to create public opinion, in order to extort money in the billions from the company and its controlling shareholders. The company and its controlling shareholders compromised and paid substantial sums of money to Zhong Dafang and others in order to protect the long-term development of the company and the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders, investors, and all employees. Since the company went public, Zhong Dafang, Chen, and others have escalated their threats through reporting and public opinion pressure to demand even more money. The company believes that the actions of the individuals in question have caused tremendous losses to the company and its controlling shareholders, with extremely malicious characteristics, and should be severely punished by law. The company provided further evidence to the public security authorities for prosecution. After review by the public security authorities, Zhong Dafang has been criminally detained by the public security authorities, while his accomplice Chen has fled abroad.
