According to the monitoring of the hydrological department in Guangxi, from 8:00 on June 18th to 8:00 on June 19th, parts of cities such as Liuzhou, Guilin, Qinzhou, Fangchenggang, Beihai, Yulin, and Guigang experienced heavy to torrential rain, with localized areas experiencing extremely heavy rain. The heavy rainfall caused flooding in 17 stations along 11 rivers including the Beiliu River, Nanliu River, Meng River, and its tributary Datong River, with water levels exceeding the warning level by 0.03 to 2.26 meters. Among them, the Shuiyan Hydrological Station in Malian Yao Township, Pingnan County, Datong River, reached a peak water level of 86.76 meters at 17:00 on June 18th, exceeding the warning level by 2.26 meters.
