Hongmeng computer version of WeChat public testing

On June 19th, WeChat employee @KeCun Xiaojiang posted: "The invitation for testing activity of WeChat on HarmonyOS computer version has been stopped, and we have started open testing." Earlier on June 6th, Xiaojiang invited everyone to participate in the internal testing of WeChat on HarmonyOS computer version.
