135 of the world's top 500 companies participated in the opening of the sixth multinational corporation leaders' summit in Qingdao.

On June 19th, the 6th Summit of Multinational Company Leaders opened at the Qingdao International Conference Center. Themed "Multinational Companies and China - Connecting the World, Co-creating for Shared Prosperity", the summit provided a high-end platform for policy dialogue, industry connection, and project collaboration for multinational companies. During the summit, a series of research reports on "Multinational Companies in China" will also be released. The 6th Summit of Multinational Company Leaders in Qingdao has gained widespread attention and positive responses from the global business community. In terms of the number of participating companies, there were 465 multinational companies, including 135 from the Fortune Global 500 and 330 industry-leading enterprises. The participating companies came from 43 countries and regions, with over 50% from emerging market economies. Reflecting the new trend of service industry opening up, more than 20% of the multinational company guests were from modern finance, artificial intelligence, and other fields. In addition to traditional markets such as Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, Germany, and France, there was an increase in the participation of emerging markets such as ASEAN, the Middle East, and Africa, with companies from 9 countries including Vietnam and Egypt attending for the first time.
