Beijing: Encouraging social capital to establish ice and snow industry investment funds through market fundraising methods.

The General Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality recently issued the "Implementation Opinions on Stimulating the Vitality of the Ice and Snow Economy by Promoting the High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Sports", which proposes increasing support for financial and fiscal policies. It will coordinate the use of fiscal budget investments, fixed asset investments, local government special bonds, and sports lottery funds. It encourages financial institutions to increase credit to ice and snow businesses in accordance with laws and regulations, with controllable risks, and optimize the credit process. It will implement relevant tax preferential policies in accordance with the law, encourage the reduction of financing costs for ice and snow businesses through loan interest subsidies, policy guarantees, and risk compensation. It also encourages social capital to establish ice and snow industry investment funds through market-based fundraising methods.
