According to the Qichacha app, Huainan Jinglv Environmental Sanitation Management Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Zhang Zhongli as the legal representative. Its business scope includes environmental emergency management services, environmental consulting services, rural domestic waste management services, park management services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Jinglv Environmental.
