Issuance of "Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Residential Construction Projects in Jiangsu Province"

Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Residential Construction in Jiangsu Province". The goal of the action is to accelerate the establishment of a new pattern of governance for the quality of residential construction, in which the government is active, the market is effective, enterprises are responsible, and society is orderly. High quality should become the goal and conscious action of all parties involved in residential construction. Efforts will be made to significantly improve the physical quality, performance quality, and living experience of residential construction, building safe, comfortable, green, and smart "good houses" that can withstand market and time tests. By the end of 2027, all measures of the action will be fully implemented, a long-term working mechanism will be established, the number of complaints about engineering quality defects will decrease by more than 30%, and the quality of residential construction will be significantly improved.
