Jete Bioscience announcement: the company will suspend the conversion of Jete Convertible Bonds from June 24, 2025 to the equity distribution equity registration date. Conversion will resume from the first trading day after the equity registration date. The 2024 equity distribution plan is to distribute a cash dividend of 0.73 yuan per 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total cash dividend of 10.0472 million yuan planned to be distributed.
