Purchase a house and receive a 10,000 yuan reward! A city in Dongguan has released a housing purchase incentive policy.

On June 18th, the official website of Wanjiang Street Office in Dongguan City released the "Implementation Rules for the Reward for Purchasing Houses in Wanjiang Street and Settling In", stating that owners who purchase newly built residential properties in Wanjiang and apply for household registration will be rewarded 10,000 yuan per household. It is important to note that this implementation rule is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027.
