Hubei province initiates level four flood prevention emergency response.

According to the Hubei Provincial Department of Water Resources, based on the current flood control situation, in accordance with the "Hubei Province Flood Control and Drought Emergency Response Plan", the Hubei Province Flood Control and Drought Command Office has decided to activate the Level IV emergency response for flood control at 12:00 on June 18th.
