Zhu Hexin, Vice President of the People's Bank of China and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, stated at the Lujiazui Forum on June 18 that they will strengthen foreign exchange management reform and innovation, continuously improve the level of facilitation in cross-border trade and investment; promote the reform of bank foreign exchange business, comprehensively optimize the management framework of pre-due diligence, differentiated audit during the process, and post-monitoring reports; improve the foreign exchange management policy evaluation mechanism and foreign exchange ecological evaluation mechanism, using whether it conforms to the national development strategy positioning, whether it conforms to the local development reality, and whether it benefits businesses and the people as standards, constantly enhancing the value of policies.
