CSRC Chairman Wu Qing: vigorously develop science and technology innovation bonds, expedite the launch of science and technology innovation bond ETFs.

On June 18th, Wu Qing, Chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, stated at the 2025 Lujiazui Forum that they will further strengthen the advantages of stock and bond linkage to serve technological innovation, vigorously develop science and technology innovation bonds, optimize the issuance and trading system arrangements, promote the improvement of interest subsidy and guarantee support mechanisms, accelerate the introduction of science and technology innovation bond ETFs, and actively develop convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, and other stock and bond combination products.
