NXP completes the acquisition of TTTechAuto.

On June 18th, NXP Semiconductors announced that it has officially completed the acquisition of TTTechAuto, according to the agreement that was previously announced to take effect in January 2025. It is reported that TTTechAuto is an enterprise specializing in developing unique safety-critical systems and middleware for software-defined cars. After the acquisition, TTTechAuto's services will remain neutral and continue to operate in an open industry ecosystem, supporting various system-level chip manufacturers, automotive OEMs, and third-party software partners.
